Blanket Construction – part 2: The Granny Square

I LOVE granny squares! No wonder they are so popular with the crochet crowd. This blanket has just turned into a love affair with the granny square! How have I gone this long without making these?!?!

Next on the agenda…learn different styles of granny squares.

And, yes, they will all be included in the blanket. I am sticking to my three main colors though…so hopefully it will all tie together!
